In July, as part of the “Together We Can” programme, six mentorship meetings took place across all project regions. These sessions became important platforms for exchanging experiences, analysing the implementation of mini-projects, and receiving professional guidance from mentors.
Chernivtsi — the meeting with mentor Ruslana Havryliuk focused on motivating ambassadors, reviewing current achievements, and working on next steps. Participants discussed challenges and concentrated on creating a vibrant Success Almanac.
Chernihiv — moderated by Nataliia Shakun, participants shared the stories of their projects, discussed methods to inspire communities, and worked on aligning key deadlines.
Kropyvnytskyi — mentor Nataliia Tkachenko helped the team strengthen communication strategies, build effective partnerships, and more actively engage communities in ambassadors’ initiatives.
Cherkasy — together with mentor Angela Boiko, the team analysed the needs of target groups, developed strategies for cooperation with local authorities, and planned the next stages of project implementation.
Zaporizhzhia — under the guidance of mentor Victoriia Pohrebna, ambassadors explored project development, partnership building, and engaging target audiences in activities.
Sumy — the meeting with mentor Mariia Kholosha focused on in-depth analysis of each mini-project, from personal boundaries to emotional intelligence, with practical recommendations for improvement.
Thanks to professional mentor support, ambassadors received valuable tools for further project implementation, strengthened communication skills, and broadened the horizons of cooperation.
We continue moving forward together!
The project is implemented by the NGO Human Rights Foundation with the support of IFA and the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.
