4 Blog Cafés in Chernivtsi: Dialogue, Recovery, and Balance

In September and October, four blog cafés took place in Chernivtsi as part of the “Together We Can” programme.
These meetings brought together activists, students, volunteers, and representatives of civic organizations – creating a space for trust, empathy, and open dialogue about humanity, resilience, and recovery in difficult times.

🗓 September 10 – Chernivtsi
Topic: Designing Dialogue
How can we speak so that we are truly heard? Participants explored the art of dialogue, learning how open communication helps reduce tension, overcome misunderstandings, and strengthen community connections.

🗓 September 19 – Chernivtsi
Topic: The Circle of Dialogue: Talking About Conflict and Ways to Resolve It
Through interactive exercises and group discussions, participants learned to view conflict not as a problem but as an opportunity for growth. They practiced nonviolent communication and shared real-life examples of constructive dialogue.

🗓 September 29 – Chernivtsi
Topic: Healing Through Creativity: Art Therapy for Inner Harmony
A warm, creative atmosphere where art became a form of recovery. Painting, color, and shape were used as tools for self-awareness and emotional balance, helping participants reconnect with their inner strength.

🗓 October 23 – Chernivtsi
Topic: Points of Support: Finding Balance in Times of Uncertainty
A conversation about how to maintain inner stability in a changing world. Participants reflected on balance between personal energy, circumstances, and the environment, and shared practices for self-care and emotional resilience.

💬 These meetings were a reminder that recovery begins with conversation, and resilience starts with community.
We thank all participants, partners, and organizers for their openness, trust, and sincerity – the qualities that make communities stronger.

📌 The project is implemented by the NGO Human Rights Foundation as part of the “Together We Can” programme with the support of IFA and the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.
